Auburn junior Harry Adams and Florida State junior Amanda Winslow have been named the MileSplit U National Performers of the Week.
Adams won the 200-meter dash at the Hurricane Alumni Invitational with an impressive 20.10 into a headwind. His time is the fastest in the country to date, and it ranks No.2 on the world list behind fellow American Wallace Spearmon, Jr. (19.95).
Winslow captured the 1500 run at the Seminole Invitational, and in the process posted the nation's fastest time of 4:13.31. Winslow edged out former FSU standout and Great Britain Olympic hopeful Barbara Parker in the win (4:13.75).
