The Liberty Girls got things rolling by winning the Srint Medely Relay with a time of 4:15.59

In the Girls 4X880 the field was recalled twice for spills in the first 100 meters. Hannah Long anchored the Eureka girls to a 4 x880 Championship in a time of 9:34.81

Colorado's Smoky Hill went sub 8 - barely, finishing the 4x880 in a time of 7:59.99

 

Evanston Township (IL) dominated the Girls 4x200 with a 1:42.64, nearly two seconds ahead of University City's 1:44.41.  University City Girls followed up their second place finish in the 4x200 with a title in the 4x100 title with a time of 48.95

 

On the boys side it was Grandview running a 1:28.23 to get the win.  They also won the 4x100 with a time of 42.62, just .01 off Hazelwood Central's state leading time.

 

Lawrence Free State's Alexa Harmon Thomas took the 100 Hurdles with a state leading 14.45.

 

Grandview's Dapo Akinmoladun and John Burroughs' Ezekial Elliot put on yet another great show in the 110 Meter Hurdles, Akinmoladun coming out on top this time 13.75 to 14.11.

Tianna Valentine was the first to punch her ticket to NYC running a 11.66 to get the win in the Girls 100 over Peyton Chayney's 11.73.

 

On the Guys side it was Papillion-LaVista's Kenzo Cotton taking home the victory with a time of 10.61.

 

In the 400, Whitney Adams rolled to the victory with a blazing fast 55.28, taking half a second off her state leading mark.

 

For the boys it was Max Bamburg dipping under 50 to win with a time of 49.55

Alli Cash took the Girls 1600 in a time of 4:50.71.

The Boys 1600 raced together for most of the race before Drew White surged in the final 200 meters to win in a time of 4:19

 

The Hazelwood Central Boys closed out the meet lowering thier MO#1 4 X 400 time winning in 3:19.36
