DES MOINES, IOWA -- Drake's Ari Curtis will conclude a record-setting junior campaign when she competes in the preliminary round of the women's 400 hurdles at the USA Track and Field Championships Friday at Drake Stadium.

Curtis will run in lane four of heat four scheduled for 5:35 p.m. The top three finishers in each heat will advance to the semifinal round at 2:02 p.m. Saturday.

Curtis earned a ticket to the USA Championships by setting her fifth school record of the season when she was clocked in 57.89 seconds in the semifinal round of the NCAA Championships June 9 in Eugene, Ore.
