Song, Jones Lead Davidson Men’s Track on First Day of Niswonger Invitational

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. – JinHan Song and Bryce Jones posted some of the top sprint times in Davidson men's track and field history Friday on the first day of the Niswonger Invitational hosted by East Tennesee State in the ETSU/MSHA Athletic Center.

Song turned in the fifth-fastest 400-meter dash in Wildcats' history, crossing the line in 50.69 seconds. He also led Davidson in the 60-meter dash in 7.22 seconds.

Jones led in the 200-meter dash with the sixth-fastest performance in Davidson history in 22.98 seconds. Lee Dorsey also cracked the 'Cats top-10 performance list with a time of 51.54.

Davidson will continue to compete Saturday in the middle-distance, distance and field events.
