For the east region, you have to add in a few more factors: The potential for steady (and possibly heavy) rainfall. And, how the course will hold up in rainy & windy conditions. It looks like the east regions could be on the edge of hurricane Sandy.

@SCXCcoach And honestly, the Greenville Course can stink at some spots when it's wet and windy. But there is also a great deal that is in the woods where it will be a nice relief. It will make for great competetion and a fun race to watch, because all of your runners will look defeated! haha

Not to mention there are entire conferences in the 1A and 2A Midwest that haven't posted a single result online.
