Congrats to Coach Joe Lynn and Men's and Women's teams. Great job....we are all proud of you!!! On to Regionals!!

@JIMKASTEN Wow, fantastic! Kind of blows up the whole idea that you can't run somewhat high mileage in high school and still get better in college, doesn't it Coach K? Sean Nunn Raytown South

Yes it does Coach......she also got her Ferritin levels up there......and they have worked on her form some. She has dropped around 2 minutes off her 6K time from last Feb. Really excited for Mizzou XC and Track Programs. Really starting to Rock 'n' Roll!

@JIMKASTEN doesn't hurt that she is a great kid, either. Had a chance to visit with her at state track a couple of years back and was very impressed with the depth of her answers and her presence. You can't teach charisma, people either have it or they don't.
