@jdpsu It's also worth noting that Blair and Collier actually ended up with five gold medals this weekend

@jdpsu Am I missing something? Betty Jo Springs did the triple three times, but since it is not in meters, it doesn't count? 1977 880y-2:14.5(2:13.72) mile-5:04.9(5:03.13) 2 mile- 11:17.8(11:13.87) 1978 880y-2:17.2(2:16.4) mile-4:59.7(4:57.96) 2 mile 10:46.4(10:42.65) 1979 880y-2:14.9(2:14.12) mile-4:58.3(4:56.57) 2 mile-10:37.0(10:33.31)

Also take Note 17 girls broke 11m in the 3200 to enter the Lady Nason Line while only 2 boys met the Nason Line standard at state. Also the girls added more Nason Liners then the boys!

@warrehouse Collectively, is this the strongest group of distance girls ever in Florida? I know this is hard to clarify, but by sheer number of sub-11's, it seems like a lot! We talk about the "Glory Days" of the boys being somewhere around 2009-2011, but are we in the midst of the same for the girls? There were 22 sub 11's this year vs. 7 in 2015!!

@jdpsu I personally think so...I raced from 79-81 and we used to have depth back then. Or at least what I thought was depth. I am blown away with the numbers...and loving it! It's exciting to see. Laura
