NEW ORLEANS – Bolstered by the return of Galen Rupp, Oregon won its second straight Pacific-10 Conference title on Saturday and swept the first-place votes in this week’s Division I men’s cross country poll.Stanford maintained its top national ranking by winning a highly competitive Pacific-10 Conference women’s cross country championship race Saturday in Corvallis, Ore.
