AMES, Iowa- If you haven't already noticed, the Iowa State fall sport teams are off to an impressive start to the 2009-10 season. A total of four teams are rated in the top-25 of their respective sports national rankings, a feat that is believed to be a fall season first for the Cyclones.
IRVING, Texas – Iowa State seniors Lisa Koll and Guor Marial have been named Big 12 Cross Country Runners of the Week. It is the first conference weekly award for Marial and the second for Koll.
AMES, Iowa – The Iowa State men's and women's cross country teams made significant jumps in this weeks set of rankings put out by the United States Track and Field Cross Country Coaches Association. The women are ranked eighth while the men are ranked 16th.
