Virginia Tech men, Clemson women win titles

Saturday
W-200: Clemson freshman Dezerea Bryant completed the sweep by winning the 200 in 23.05. Fellow teammate Marlena Wesh was second in 23.06.
Triple jump: Virginia's Marcus Robinson won in 53-9.75. Florida State's Michelle Jenije leaped 43-10.5 for the win.
800: Virginia's Lance Roller won in 1:47.82; North Carolina's Tasha Stanley was the girls winner in 2:03.52.
100: Florida State went 1-2 with Kemar Hyman (10.07) and Maurice Mitchell (10.21). Hyman posted the nation's fastest legal time to date while setting a Cayman Islands National Record. Dezerea Bryant won the women's race in a new meet record of 11.29.
W-400: Clemson's Marlena Wesh dominated the competition winning in a collegiate-leading time of 51.43 (meet record).
M-110: Miami's Devon Hill posted the nation's fastest time in 13.35 (meet record) with Clemson's Spencer Adams just behind in 13.39.
W-100H: Clemson swept the top four spots with Bridgette Owens (first, 13.03), Monique Gracia (second, 13.33), Kendra Harrison (third, 13.33) and Jasmine Edgerson (fourth, 13.56).
4x100: Florida State men led from start to finish to win in 39.08. Clemson women set a new meet record winning in 39.95.
Friday
W-Pole vault: Virginia Tech freshman Martina Schultze solidified herself as one of the top vaulters after winning in 14 feet, 1.25 inches.
W-Heptathlon: Maryland's Kiani Proffitt won in a season's best 5695 points.
M-Decathlon: Florida State's Gonzalo Barroilhet set a new ACC record to win with 8065 points. Duke's Curtis Beach was second with 7764 points. Also an Olympic standard, FSU school record and Chilean National record for Barroilhet.

Thursday
M-Javelin: Virginia Tech's Matthias Treff broke a 20-year-old ACC record with a throw of 74.68m, edging out Virginia's Andy Fahringer who also surpassed the previous conference record of 73.36m with a mark of 74.56m.

W-800: BYU's Nachelle Mackie posted the nation's top time to date at 2:01.11.
W-1500: Washington's Katie Flood registered the nation's best time in 4:11.66 in the win, with Arkansas' Kristen Gillespie behind in 4:13.41.
W-5000: Six women went under the 15:35 mark including the winner, Dartmouth's Abbey D'Agostino. D'Agostino's ran the nation's best time of 15:23.35. Van Dalen Lucy (Stony Brook) and Sheila Reid (Villanova) posted the nation's second (15:23.54) and third best (15:23.64) times to date.
W-400H: Arizona's Moline Georganne won with a nation's best 55.25.
W-3000 steeplechase: Illinois State's Aisha Praught won in 9:51.30 #CL
W-Shot put: Arizona's Alyssa Hasslen and Oklahoma's Tia Brooks posted the top-2 marks in the nation at 60-2.5 and 59-6.25.
