BROOKS MEMPHIS TWILIGHT CLASSIC

The Brooks Memphis Twilight Classic is annually one of the best and fastest races that Kentucky athletes attend out of state.  The usual cast of characters from Bowling Green, duPont Manual, Daviess County are going, along with new additions such as Apollo and Eastern.

This race is heavy with top runners from Tennessee and Arkansas, giving Kentucky a chance to shine against their best.  Over the last few years Kentucky has had tons of success in Memphis.  The last two years Daviess County's Whitney O'Bryan has been the runner-up (18:56, 18:49.)  Last year, Patrick Gregory (Butler) was 3rd with a 15:58, while two years ago Daviess County's Evan Ehrenheim won the meet with a 15:18.  Let's see if that trend continues.
