M-Decathlon: Florida State's Gonzalo Barroilhet set a new ACC record to win with 8065 points. Duke's Curtis Beach was second with 7764 points. Also an Olympic standard, FSU school record and Chilean National record for Barroilhet.

M-Javelin: Virginia Tech's Matthias Treff broke a 20-year-old ACC record with a throw of 74.68m, edging out Virginia's Andy Fahringer who also surpassed the previous conference record of 73.36m with a mark of 74.56m.
